Thank you for shopping at Copaculture. Because our items are produced and managed through a high-demand, global fulfillment network, we enforce a strict return policy. Please review our guidelines regarding product sizing and damaged items carefully before finalizing your order.

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on Copaculture are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, cancellations, or styling preferences.
Once an order enters our processing system, it cannot be modified or refunded.

2. Sizing Guidelines (Oversized Fit)

Our apparel is specifically engineered with an oversized, relaxed fit as part of the brand aesthetic.

To mitigate any sizing issues before you order, please consult our official sizing charts listed on the product pages.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing errors or incorrect fit selection. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend ordering one size down from your standard measurement.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives damaged or suffering from a clear manufacturing defect. If your item is damaged upon delivery, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost to you.

How to File a Replacement Claim:

To initiate a replacement for a damaged product, you must complete the following steps strictly within 48 hours of the delivery time stamped by the courier:

Set the subject line as: Damaged Item Claim - Order #[Your Order Number]
Include clear, high-resolution photographic or video proof of the damage or manufacturing defect, alongside a photo of your packing slip.

Next Steps:

Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours. If the damage is verified, we will process and ship a new replacement item to your original shipping address immediately.

Please Note: Claims sent after the 48-hour delivery window, or claims submitted without valid photographic proof, cannot be approved for a replacement.
