At Copaculture, we process and ship orders globally to bring our brand to a worldwide community. Below you will find everything you need to know about our processing times, transit schedules, and tracking updates.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders require a processing window before they are handed off to our shipping carriers.

Standard Processing Time: 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and major public holidays).

Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment network, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Timelines
We offer both standard and expedited international delivery options at checkout. Please note that transit times begin after the 48-72 hour order processing window is complete.

Note on Business Days: Delivery timelines are measured in business days (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or courier holidays.
3. Global Tracking & Delivery
Every order shipped by Copaculture includes end-to-end tracking services.

Your tracking link may take 24–48 hours after shipment to activate and update with its initial scan.

If your package is traveling internationally, tracking updates will continue normally as the shipment clears import hubs and transitions to your local postal infrastructure.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because Copaculture operates a global fulfillment model, orders shipped outside our central logistics hubs may be subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) upon arrival in the destination country.

These localized fees are not included in our checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Copaculture has no control over administrative customs delays or regional import guidelines.
5. Address Changes & Incorrect Deliveries
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout.

Address Modifications: Because our system processes orders quickly, we can only accommodate address changes if you notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We cannot redirect packages or issue refunds for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
